Terms and Conditions

Ordering

 

  • You will have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order at any stage until you submit your order.

 

  • Once submitted you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.

 

  • This is only acknowledgement of your order and not acceptance of your order.

 

  • Acceptance of your order and the creation of legally binding agreement will only take place once payment has been received.

 

  • If an item is not in stock or not available, this will be shown on your confirmation email, or we will contact you by phone.

 

  • You will have the option to wait until the item is in stock, choose an alternative product to the same value, or receive a refund on that item.

 

 

Prices and Payment

 

  • All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable.

 

  • Set out in your shopping the prices which are provided by our sales representative will include the items purchased plus GST where applicable plus delivery.

 

  • Prices are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

 

 

Delivery

 

  • Subject to availability we will dispatch your order once payment has been received.

 

  • Delivery will be made to the address on the order received.

 

  • Delivery overseas depending on the destination and size, value of the order will be sent using mail services.

 

  • The prices for postage will be provided to you before submitting your order.

 

  • We endeavor to keep our delivery prices as low as we can.

 

  • Occasionally delivery times are affected by factors outside our control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • A full refund will be given on items returned by the purchaser, but not delivery costs.
